Thanks!! Sounds so delish!

Erin, I generally stick to meat off the bone as well, but for roasted chicken, I think it needs the bone in and skin on to keep it from drying out. I don't eat the skin, and honestly this was so flavorful and moist from basting and I think from keeping the bone and skin along for the ride...it pulled away from the bone SUPER easily! I'd keep the stuff on for your first shot and then see what you come up with afterwards. It sits above the liquid in the bottom of the pan, and I'd just be afraid it'd come out super dry without all it's "originals!"Logan @LifeforDesserthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18392415284406335964noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8626628041861428050.post-80279773039273072532011-03-15T13:00:59.246-04:002011-03-15T13:00:59.246-04:00When I saw what you were having for dinner yesterd...When I saw what you were having for dinner yesterday (in your status), I was hoping you'd post the recipe! We are huge curry fans, so I am sure we will LOVE this!

I wonder how it would be with boneless, skinless chicken breasts? I'm not a big fan of meat on the bone... Do you think it would still work that way?Erin @ Closing Timehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11335671355196570313noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8626628041861428050.post-34762260547541797262011-03-15T11:43:13.233-04:002011-03-15T11:43:13.233-04:00Loges, Looks divine! Since you love Curry there's also an EASY (maybe too easy for you) Chicken Curry Kabob recipe in Stop and Smell the Rosemary that Eric and I love in the summer because of how simple it is yet flavorful. I add other veggies to the Kabob like Squash, Zucchini, Onion, Tomato and make a quick curry sauce with Coconut milk serve it over Basmati. YUM YUM!Lindsay Lunoreply@blogger.com
